At PeopleOps, we take a holistic/ all inclusive approach to sourcing.  

describe the image First you start with a completely free week.  This allows us to get a chance to meet your staff, dive into your reqs, do initial intake sessions, and most importantly learn about your companies story.  We do not like to bill during this week to take the pressure off of our team to be able to really learn what we need to be successful so we can exceed expectations.  This is not to say you will not see candidates in your first week.  In many cases our first week is sometimes on of our most successful.  

describe the image Then we assign one fully dedicated Sourcer, a Senior Project Manager, and a Brand Manager/ Crowd Recruiting.  The team works in concert to provide dynamic front end tactical sourcing, strategic oversight, and innovative talent attraction.  This service will virtually eliminate (depending on size of the company) the need for an outside agency while vastly reducing your recruitment advertising costs.
