We believe in starting with an in-person interview. Why? Simple, we believe hiring is actually not about business, it really is personal. The people we hire become part of our extended families, these are the people we spend A LOT of time with. Also, we firmly believe the hiring process for most companies is really broken and we believe in practicing what we preach. So here is how hiring works at PeopleOps.
1) We start with an in-person interview. If you cannot travel (assuming you are not local) then we can opt for a Skype interview. Interview one is about discovering your passion and talking through our history and company culture.
2) Interview two. This interview is designed to take a deep dive into our role and aptitude fit.
3) Interview three. You get to interview us. This can include your spouse asking questions.
