Video Producer- Intern

Are you a storyteller? Do you have a history of taking people or products that seem pedestrian, uncovering their core and turning them into tear-jerking (or knee-slapping) video sensations?

If the answer is yes, we want to meet you.

PeopleOps is looking for a world-class video producer to intern with our marketing team. We want you to produce videos that bring our amazing Sourcing products to life (plus you get to work on our stealth projects too)

Job Requirements

  • You must be able to create remarkable videos from start to finish. (Conception, storyboarding, filming, editing, feedback gathering, re-editing, publishing, social media evangelism and monitoring.)
  • You should be intense. This isn’t a normal job. We’re looking for somebody determined to create stirring videos that help change the world. That requires time and energy.
  • You need to be an analytical content creator. That means you understand how to measure the success of your content and how to incorporate data into production decisions.
  • You get the web. You intuitively understand what makes videos travel across the web and acumulate hundreds of thousands of views.
  • You need to be fun to work with. We work hard, we like to laugh and we don’t hire assholes.
  • You must be a creative thinker. We don’t want to produce the same old video shlock every software company creates. We want to inspire.
  • We require maniacal attention to detail.
